Some proposed rule changes for Season 3
Important Details:
1 Postponement and 1 wildcard per season, Postponement rules apply, must be 1 day before the game at latest, but wildcards can be used on the night of the game, but admin has to be told
Servers: If any clan has ping problems, then as long as admin is informed 1 day before and a suitable replacement server which has been viewed by the admin is provided, then the game will be forced to play on there, by admin choice. and the clan who doesnt have ping problems will have to accept, as long as its playable for them too, also by admins choice.
All players signing up to the league will have to provide there player Guids to prevent any attempt at name faking to play
Also All players must be added on sunday nights to play on the thursday, No exceptions will be made.
All Admins provided by clans must contribute to the league somehow and not just be a IRC idler.

Hi all sorry for the delay in putting up the fixtures for week 3, they have now been done, due to the weather it gave pc probs, so couldnt connect to the net, so i apologise :), week 2 went alot better than the previous week, and we had some awesome games. so id like to thankyou for a great week.
i have updated the team rosters from the emails sent from thursday till today, dont foget u have until tonight to register a player ready to play for week 3.
Ok well just about everything that could of gone bad in week 1 did, we had major server issues, which caused long delays and server crashes, when the games did finally play we did well as a community to pull through. So i would like to thank you for bearing with us, and also apologise to everyone about the evening, as it was something which was totally unavoidable.
Important Details:
We are now only running 2 servers for the league, your welcome to find a server ready to play your game as long as it has the same gametype settings and you come to me a day beforehand to let me view it.
Due to running 2 servers, we will possibly run games at 7pm 8pm and 9pm, 2 div 2 games at 7, 1 at 8, 1 div 1 game at 8, and 2 and 9pm All times are GMT.
To help the league i am trying to get hold of the big boss man and see if we can get more resources so we can make your games enjoyable.
To help and minimize the lag issue, we will not be running a Q4TV. so i apologise to the people who wanted to view the games.

Ok the last few days have been hectic, im very disappointed on whats happened, numerous clans not ready at all with some things, so i have allowed up until 3pm tommorrow, week 1 to add more players, and i have decided to change a few rules for this season now, due to the excuses i recieved, anyways the show must go on and im hoping at last everyone is happy.
Important Details:
Changed the Postponements, Only 1 allowed this season, this is none negotiable.
Any future confrontation with league staff regarding the rules will be ignored, and your clan could face being docked points or even worse kicked out of the season.
You must idle in #q4.jolt prior to your game for the IP of your game and password, any pm requests will be ignored.
No other admin apart from Imp, Oxi, Hejin, Kleeks and Bigfoot can help regarding a league issue.
Week 1 starts tommorow 12th July 8pm GMT div 2, 9pm GMT Div 1

Week 1 Fixtures are now up, i will be updating them weekly so noone will know until the time comes, i believe that will add a suspence to the league, and im feeling cruel hehe :).

Ok its July 1st (no smoking in public places in england now....me crys.. lol). Righto, I have done the divisions now after discussing it with my non official right hand man Mr Hejin and we believe that the tables now will be OK for everyone as the level of competiveness between the clans increases, we hope to have the fixtures done pretty soon too.

I have sent a email to all clan leaders regarding map list, and the tickrate of the server, i decided to allow you guys to vote on this so it will allow you alot more involved and participation in league issues, Admins for each team need to email me to gain access to the Ctf admin channel, so they can provide information, help, and be their clan spokesperson, the reason for the admins is to be mainly a clan liason, so if games need to be postponed for any reason at all, the admins can inform me then talk amonst themselves to arrange another time to play the game.
I am currently in discussions with kleeks at the moment as to putting up a league server this week for a few days hopefully on 90 tickrate so you guys can see how the server plays. and any big and major problems them gives us all time to ammend them. .
This season i suspect will be run alot better by both myself and you the players, the first season was a stepping stone to me and allowed me to learn the role. with this year promising some Q4TV and a Jolt.co.uk server for a few months to the winning team, means a great challange and hopefully some awesome games. There will be a Q4TV vote each week in the forums, and i will post a link here weekly on which you can vote for the game from divison 1 and divison 2, you would like to see on Q4TV as we may only run 1 Q4TV at a time, depending on popularity
Hey all, im back as you can see, I've sent emails to all clan leaders last night to inform them of the league restarting, all clans who wish to take part will need to register again here . please make sure that you all fill the boxes in, Even ADMIN!!! all clans must provide a admin who will:
- Referee games when needed.
- Be part of the CTF staff and help improve the league with ideas.
- Be there clans representative (person who fixes stuff, like clan needing a postponement).
** Both previous and new clans will need to sign up to the league again - visit the Register / Sign Up page **
Failure to provide a admin may result in your clan not being accepted for Season 2.
All league rules must be followed! That means only 2 postponements for each clan, with any PP'd games to be played exactly 1 week later after or before their game. Postponements must be informed to the admin the day before your game, ANY POSTPONEMENTS ON GAME DAY WILL RESULT IN DEFAULT WIN TO OPPONENT.
If a clan has server issues, they must have a backup server approved by a admin 1 day before the scheduled game, BUT only if the jolt server is unplayable for that clan, all decisions for servers must be confirmed with only Imp and Jr404. No other admin can make the server decisions
All games will go into sudden death if clans are drawing, no overtime will be played.
All players must play with there registered name (for obvious reasons).
Any new players registered to a clan must have done so 4 days before the game, so if you play on thursday the latest to add a player will be on sunday. Any players added after will not be allowed to play on that week and must wait till the week following.
Signups are open for 2 weeks and close 15th June. The league will hopefully start on the 5th of july, but keep reading the news for more updates.
